Teaches Latin, social studies and English at Mount Notre Dame High School in Reading, OH, through 1960.

1960

Serves as a faculty member at Summit Country Day School in Cincinnati.

1964

Earns a Master of Arts in English from the University of Detroit.

1967

Serves as executive head of school at the Summit Country Day School in Cincinnati.

1969

Earns a Master of Education from Xavier University.

1973

Earns a Doctor of Philosophy in educational administration from Miami University in Oxford, OH.

1975

Serves as president of Trinity College in Washington, D.C., through 1982.

1985

Becomes an academic advisor at Xavier University.
