1980

Receives training via the State of Illinois Local Governmental Law Enforcement Officers Training Board; Is certified as a basic firearms educational instructor via the NRA.

Is a correctional officer with the State of Illinois Department of Corrections.

1990

Is licensed as a teacher in the state of Illinois; Serves as a firearm and security training instructor at M&M Enterprises Inc.

1990

Receives a federal firearm license via the ATF; Is the owner of the Menser Gun Shop; Is a police officer with the Illinois Auxiliary Police.

1990

Is licensed as a teacher by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation; Is the owner of M&M Enterprises Inc.

1992

Is a certified teacher at the Malcolm X College City of Chicago Department of Adult Education.

1993

Earns a Second Degree Black Belt at the Typhoon Martial Arts Academy; Is a notary public in the states of Indiana and Illinois.

2001

Receives a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Trinity Southern University.

2003

Graduates from Trinity Southern University with a Master of Science in criminal justice.

2004

Is certified in OC spray usage by the City of Harvey Illinois Police Department.

2005

Earns a doctorate in criminal justice, summa cum laude, from Suffield University; Is licensed as a detective and security contractor by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

2006

Is the president of Menser Security and Detective Training Agency through today.

2006

Is recognized by Alderman Carrie M. Austin of the 34th Ward of Chicago.

2012

Receives an achievement award for “best security guard and patrol services” in Chicago for seven consecutive years.

2012

Authors “The Professional Private Investigator Training Manual,” which is added to the Library of Congress.

2014

Is licensed as a firearm instructor by the Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification and the Illinois State Police.
