Earns a Bachelor of Science in engineering science from Antioch College.

Is a physicist at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.

1964

Achieves a Master of Science in engineering from Brown University.

1967

Becomes an associate research scientist within the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences at New York University, remaining until 1969.

1968

Obtains a Doctor of Philosophy from Brown University.

1969

Teaches as an assistant and associate professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago until 1982.

1977

Serves as an election judge for the East View Park Condominium Association in Chicago, IL until 1990.
