Born to James and Vinnie Uliano in Newark, NJ.

1970

Earns a Bachelor of Arts in political science from LaSalle University.

1974

Obtains a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Seton Hall University and is admitted to the New Jersey Bar.

1974

Is a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Thomas L. Yaccarino until 1975.

1976

Is an assistant prosecutor for Monmouth County until 1979.

1979

Is a partner and attorney-at-law at Chamlin, Uliano and Walsh, continuing in the role.

1986

Becomes a certified criminal trial attorney and certified civil trial attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

1999

Serves as president of the Monmouth Bar Association until 2000.

2001

Is a trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Association until 2006.

2002

Receives the Abraham J. Zager Award for Professionalism from the Monmouth Bar Association.

Serves as nominating committee chairman of the New Jersey State Bar until 2007.
