Dr. Miller is inducted into Phi Eta Sigma.

1970

Dr. Miller receives a Bachelor of Journalism from Indiana University.

1972

Dr. Miller receives a master’s degree in city planning from Ohio State University.

1972

Dr. Miller helps to establish and operate the New York City Regional Center for Life-Long Learning.

1978

Dr. Miller receives a Master of Public Administration in public policy studies from the University of Michigan.

1990

Dr. Miller receives a Doctor of Philosophy in public administration from New York University.

1997

Dr. Miller receives the Newcomer Award from the Missouri Association for Adult Continuing and Community Education (MAACCE).

2007

Dr. Miller receives a Master of Arts in teaching from Lindenwood University in Saint Charles, Missouri.

2017

Dr. Miller is honored with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award from Marquis Who’s Who.
