Mr. Rounick is born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Philip and Nettie Rounick.
1956
Mr. Rounick receives a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
1959
Mr. Rounick receives a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Pennsylvania.
1960
Mr. Rounick is admitted to practice in the state of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court’s Eastern District of Pennsylvania and begins his career as a partner at Israelit & Rounick.
1963
Mr. Rounick becomes a special assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
1968
Mr. Rounick becomes a partner at Moss & Rounick and is elected chairman of the Pennsylvania Young Republicans.
1969
Mr. Rounick becomes a partner at Moss, Rounick & Hurowitz in Norristown, Pennsylvania.
1970
Mr. Rounick marries Noreen A. Garrigan.
1973
Mr. Rounick becomes a partner at Pechner, Dorfman, Wolffe, Rounick and Cabot.
1978
Mr. Rounick serves as chairman of the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
1979
Mr. Rounick receives the Special Achievement Award from the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
1980
Mr. Rounick is appointed editor of Pennsylvania Family Lawyer.
1982
Mr. Rounick authors a six volume series titled, “Pennsylvania Matrimonial Practice,” and becomes president of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the AAML.
1987
Mr. Rounick is promoted to vice president and becomes general counsel of Martin Lawrence Limited Editions, Inc.
1997
Mr. Rounick serves Of Counsel to the firm Wolf, Block, Schorr & Solis-Cohen LLP and is elected to the American College of Family Trial Lawyers.
2005
Mr. Rounick is named One of the Top 100 Attorneys by Worth Magazine.
2006
Mr. Rounick becomes Of Counsel for Flamm, Boroff & Bacine, Professional Corporation in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania (now Flamm Walton Heimbach).
2009
Mr. Rounick receives the Eric Turner Award from the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Association.
2012
Mr. Rounick forms and becomes counsel for the Law Offices Jack A. Rounick LLC.
2017
Mr. Rounick is honored with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award and is named a Distinguished Humanitarian by Marquis Who’s Who.
