1990

Is employed as a dietetic technician at the Milwaukee County Medical Complex.

1991

Accepts a position as a men’s basketball assistant coach at Cardinal Stritch University.

1995

Is a juvenile correctional officer for Milwaukee County.

1997

Earns a bachelor’s degree from Concordia University Wisconsin.

1998

Attains a teaching license from Alverno College.

1998

Is named head basketball coach at Milwaukee Juneau High School; Begins his teaching career at Steuben Middle School.

2000

Achieves a master’s degree from Marquette University; Is a classroom teacher at Milwaukee Juneau High School.

2002

Achieves a post master’s degree in educational psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

2003

Accepts a position as a school counselor at Milwaukee Juneau High School.

2005

Is honored as the Milwaukee City Conference Boys’ Basketball Coach of the Year.

2006

Is a school counselor and varsity boys’ basketball coach at Watertown High School.

2006

Is the television host of multiple award-winning “SportsTalk with Jaime Koepp” on Watertown TV.

2009

Achieves a post master’s degree in education administration from Marquette University.

2016

Is the athletic director, associate principal, activities director and director of summer school at Watertown High School through today.

2017

Receives an Award of Excellence from the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association for five consecutive years.

2018

Earns the Certified Athletic Administrator (CAA) distinction from NIAAA and NFHS.

2019

Becomes a Certified Master Athletic Administrator from NIAAA and NFHS.

2020

Is inducted into the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association Hall of Fame.

2021

Earns superintendent licensure from Concordia University Wisconsin.
