Is a project engineer for the Air Force Logistics Command at Wright-Patterson AFB in Ohio until 1981.

Marries Lucy Alice Frazier on June 13; Is an engineering work leader for the Air Force Logistics Command until 1984.

1984

Is a logistics management specialist for the Military Airlift Command at Scott AFB in Illinois until 1986.

1986

Is a program manager for the Air Force Logistics Command at Wright-Patterson AFB until 1991.
