Mr. Fisk receives a Master of Science in meteorology from the University of Wisconsin.
1986
Mr. Fisk becomes a climatologist and meteorologist at Naval Base Ventura County in Point Mugu, California.
1996
Mr. Fisk works as a consultant for long-range forecasting of Southern California temperatures and precipitation, which he continues to the present day.
