Mr. Devenis is born in Waterbury, Connecticut to Michael and Alena Devenis.

1948

Mr. Devenis receives a Bachelor of Engineering from Yale University.

1950

Mr. Devenis receives a Master of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

1950

Mr. Devenis becomes an engineer with Maguire Group, Inc. in Boston, Massachusetts.

1951

Mr. Devenis joins the U.S. Army, earning the rank of Corporal.

1956

Mr. Devenis receives a degree in civil engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

1965

Mr. Devenis receives his first Desmond Fitzgerald Medal from the Boston Society of Civil Engineers.

1970

Mr. Devenis is appointed president of the Nashawtuc Country Club in Concord, Massachusetts.

1975

Mr. Devenis receives his second Desmond Fitzgerald Medal from the Boston Society of Civil Engineers.

1980

Mr. Devenis is appointed senior vice president of Maguire Group, Inc.

1986

The Charles River Project presents Mr. Devenis with the Presidential Award for Design Excellence.

Mr. Devenis becomes a consultant for Maguire Group, Inc.

Mr. Devenis joins the advisory board of Southern Massachusetts University in Dartmouth, Massachusetts.
