Mr. Jager is born in Joliet, Illinois to Melvin Van Zandt and Lucille Marie Joliet.

1959

Mr. Jager marries Virginia S. Jager.

1961

Mr. Jager serves as the editor of the University of Illinois Law Review.

1962

Mr. Jager receives a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Illinois.

1963

Mr. Jager is admitted to practice in the state of Illinois and Washington, D.C. and becomes an associate at Iron, Birch, Swindler & McKie in Washington, D.C.

1965

Mr. Jager becomes a partner at Hume, Clement, Brinks, William & Olds in Chicago, Illinois.

1979

Mr. Jager serves as an adjunct professor of law at Northern Illinois University College of Law.

1981

Mr. Jager becomes a partner at Lee, Smith & Jager in Chicago.

1982
